What Couch Change is

Couch Change is a membership that helps you find class action settlements and refund programs you may qualify for, track subscriptions, write refund request letters and set reminders. Couch Change is operated by Untapped Media Inc. It is not a law firm or a government agency, does not give legal advice, and is not affiliated with any settlement administrator.

Claims

We never file claims for you. You claim on the official settlement or government site, and only if you qualify. Claims are decided and paid by the official administrator. We don't promise that you'll qualify or receive any amount, and we never take a cut of any payment.

Membership, free trial and renewal

New members get a 3-day free trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, your membership renews automatically at $14.99/month or $44.99/year, depending on the plan you chose, until you cancel. We email you before your trial ends. You can cancel anytime from your account; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Letters and information

Letter templates are provided to help you ask companies for refunds. They are not legal advice. Settlement information comes from official sources and SettleSignal and may change; always check the official site before claiming.
